Kathleen Panaro
earned a MS in Accountancy from
Bentley
College and a BA degree in Economics from
the
University
of
Massachusetts at
Amherst. She is also a Certified Public
Accountant and a member of the AICPA. She came to us from State Street
Corporation, where she was an officer in the Global Trading & Research
Division and earlier an Assistant International Controller. Previously she was
with Wolf & Company.
As one of our Business Analysts,
Kathleen has managed client interfaces - translating business problems into
technical solutions, assessing new requirements, and coordinating internal
development activities.
Christine Tobin
graduated from the
University of
Massachusetts and spent many years in management
positions within
State Street Corporation.
In her role as a Business Analyst, she works with
both customers and developers, able to understand, communicate, and coordinate
our client's needs with developers. Christine has also managed client
interfaces, written, executed and updated test plans used on several projects.
Janet Westberg graduated from Quincy City Hospital
School of Nursing and
Quincy
Junior College. She was a charge nurse at Quincy City Hospital and also
involved with implementation of several
automated nursing modules and hand-held computers. She currently also provides
CPR instruction for professionals and community participants.
As one of our Business Analysts,
Janet has written contingency plans for both disaster recovery and for
potential system interruptions. She has analyzed business unit processes,
interviewed
users, compiled and entered information into databases. Janet has developed
narratives for converting complex operational procedures into concise
documents.
Robert Leydon
graduated from
Boston
College with a BS in Marketing and is also
responsible for our marketing to the financial and banking services market
segment. He has an extensive background in product and program management at
computer manufacturers and sales management experience with computer and
software service companies.
As one of our Business Analysts he
has been involved in testing, he also initiated a project to develop test and
execute Y2K remediation which included interfacing with management, end users
and external vendors; the applications were traditional banking systems and
telecommunication connections to servers, hosts, external clients and
services.
