The system testing services we provide is most often 'model office' testing.
We do support several automated tools, but our service is generally used during the final User Acceptance Test - when user groups want to prove that the system works in the operations environment. We augment operational staff with a group of trained Quality Assurance staff. This staff learned their technique at large financial services firms. In instances where there is insufficient space or resources at the client site, we provide our testing lab and its associated systems at no extra charge. More >> model office testing experience.
